Payroll Specialist Hybrid in Duluth, MN

30-35 hours per week covering a Leave

Monday-Friday 9AM-3PM 2 days in Office

$32-$34/HR

About:

  • \t
  • You will be working in the accounting area primarily doing Bi-weekly payroll via ADP.  
    \t
  • They have about 325 employees, and they get paid every other Friday.  
    \t
  • All employees submit electronic time sheets weekly, so you will be looking for those who haven't submitted time, or where there may be errors in their submission.  
    \t
  • You will also handle expense sheets, employee changes (additions or deletions of staff).
    \t
  • You will however need to be able to change peoples exemptions or deductions should they need to do that.  
    \t
  • You will also be responsible for bank reconciliations.  You need to have a good understanding of Excel. 
    \t
  •  ERP system ins Success Factor, and they will train
