Construction Materials Product Specialist

Position Responsibilities 

  • Research, select and present high-quality materials and finishes with company leaders, internal design and construction teams and external project vendors.

  • Assist in sourcing interior finishes, fixtures, furniture and equipment.

  • Coordinate meetings and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Attend various industry events and conferences to stay current on materials and products trends.

  • Assist the team in coordinating and maintaining successful relationships with key suppliers for products such as carpet, tile, lights, furniture, etc.

  • Conduct site and project inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate interior design, product and materials selection.

  • Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications and construction processes.

  • CAD and other interior design software experience is a plus.
