This role will work a hybrid schedule averaging three days in the office and two days from home plus 10 work from anywhere days- this is on top of vacation, holidays and personal days.

This team establishes and administers the strategic roadmap in North America on the usage and oversight for multiple retail payment options including, but not limited to, Cash, Credit Card, eCommerce, stored value cards and other strategic partnerships. The Treasury Analyst role supports these payment channels by providing in-depth analysis of each payment type by scrutinizing the data and presenting it in a way that the organization can make decisions.


The Treasury Analyst will have a diverse set of responsibilities that fall within the scope of their work that includes performing various accounting reviews, adjustments, analysis, analyzing fee schedules, drafting report requirements, and setting up procedures. 

 

The successful candidate will:

  • Serve as subject matter expert in credit cards with an in-depth understanding of risk and compliance factors as well as operational and technical details.
  • Gather data and information from various sources, including historical financial reports, accounting data and third-party sources. Organize information in tools like Excel, Power BI and other data warehouse platforms. Examine past information, look at ratios and other metrics and benchmark performance based on conclusions.
  • Support new and existing relationships with partners and Sodexo management.
  • Develop and implement program requirements that support the accurate and timely operations of credit card services.
  • Maintain protocol to onboard new and/or existing locations in a timely manner.
  • Monitor bank activity for each solution to ensure compliance with Sodexo standards.
  • Perform scheduled audits of program fees to validate that they are in-line with the contractual agreements.
  • Coordinate the closing of solutions with the vendor and local managers.
  • Responsible for drafting and maintaining procedures for all active programs.
  • Provide process improvement recommendations to Management.
  • Perform special projects as needed.
