Job Description
Are you a seasoned Systems Engineer with a knack for innovation? Our team is looking for a dedicated professional to work closely with the Director of Airborne Systems and Director of Engineering, developing growth strategies, new products, and market penetration plans in the airborne data transfer, data storage, and video/audio recorder space. Your role will include technical execution of NRE projects, and will be an integral part of creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will provide technical support to the Director of Airborne Products and Director of Engineering and lead a diverse team through technical execution and risk management.
Hard Skills
- Understanding of airborne Data Transfer, Data Storage and Audio/Video Recorders used on fixed wing, rotary wing and unmanned aircraft
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related Engineering degree
- 10+ years of experience with hardware, software and systems engineering of complex aerospace and avionics systems, with at least 5 years directly related to airborne data transfer, data storage and audio/video recording systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
- Experience in all aspects of the systems engineering process, from requirements analysis through verification testing

This is a fully on-site position in Winter Springs, Florida OR Clearwater, Florida
