Job Summary:

As a Marine Shipyard Recruiter at Hutco, Inc., you’ll experience the excitement and gratification that comes with placing talented trade professionals in jobs with leading national companies. From sourcing resumes to interviewing and ongoing workforce management, you’ll receive the tools needed to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

About Your Day-to-Day:

  • You’ll spend most of your day on the phone interviewing, qualifying candidates, and building relationships
  • Provide outstanding customer service as the main point of contact for all your workers’ needs and concerns
  • We’re a team environment, so you’ll work cross-functionally with all departments, including payroll, compliance and human resources
  • Support and execute the goals of the company effectively and uphold company values

About You:

  • A background in recruiting for Industrial or Marine Staffing, sales, retail, customer services, call center
  • Goal oriented
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
  • Flexible schedule and ready to work typical hours as needed
  • Outstanding communicator with excellent time management skills
  • Computer proficient with working knowledge of the MS Office Suite
