Job Title: Operations Support

Job Location: Miami, FL 33136

Job Type: Contract - 6 Months

Job Duties:
* Work with a designated sales team on a special project to help optimize their merchant signup and early lifecycle experience.
* Manage a pipeline of accounts and communicate with restaurant partners to guide them through the onboarding process, including but not limited.
* Account set up and verifying account information such as credentials, bank details, contact information.
* Assist in menu edits and enhancements
* Upload photography.
* Schedule calls with restaurant partners and train them on how to use the Uber Eats app, tablets/printers which including accepting, adjusting, and cancelling orders.
* Work closely with sellers to quickly understand the state of their accounts, and where you can help assist to provide a great merchant experience
* Work with our restaurant partners to answer questions, address concerns, and gain significant client-facing experience through your positive representation of Uber Eats on a daily basis.
* Work cross-functionally with other operational/sales teams in the organization to report trends and service improvements through restaurant feedback.

Job Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in sales, operations, account management, or similar functions - preferred.
* Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get in the weeds to assist merchants with varying pain points.
* Outstanding work ethic and attention to detail.
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
* Experience with Salesforce and G-suite.
* Proficiency with Spanish and English.
* Good experience with Sales, Restaurants and Account Management.

Schedule:
* Monday – Friday
* 8 AM to 5 PM EST

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
