Global Employment Documents Specialist

The Global Employment Document Specialist will be a key contributor to our Employment Documents team, responsible for creating and maintaining a comprehensive roadmap for global, regional, and country-specific employment documents. In this role, you will collaborate with the Legal team, local People team representatives, and management to ensure our documents align with the Total Rewards philosophy, support our talent strategy, and comply with applicable labor laws.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the global, regional, and country-specific employment documents roadmap, ensuring alignment with Total Rewards philosophy.
Lead the drafting and governance of various employment documents, providing subject-matter guidance to People team, associates, and management.
Collaborate with Legal and local People team representatives to address employment document matters and provide recommendations on compliance with changes to local labor and employment law.
Participate in large-scale employment document projects related to mergers, acquisitions, and global expansion activities.
Consult with regional and country-specific People team representatives on the impact of changes to employment documents and ensure consistency with local laws.
Conduct research to understand HR compliance requirements and employment best practices, implementing practices that support the business.

Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills.
Ability to critically analyze and prioritize requests.
1-3 years of experience in a legal setting with a comfort with legal language.
