Apartment Manager

*Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:*

*Supervisory/Management:*
* Assist in the planning and coordination of vacant and future vacant apartment turns
* Maintain list of all ongoing renovation projects (track progress, budget, and any changes to original scope of work)
* Interface with various company vendors
* lead leasing team

* *Tenant Relations*
* Address resident concerns and maintenance requests in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction with management; work with maintenance team to schedule appointments
* Prepare and distribute tenant communications and notices

*Additional Requirements*
* Strong time management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent communication skills, positive attitude
* Strong MS Office skills (particularly Word/Excel) are required
* Familiarity with fair housing
* 1-3 years experience preferred (real estate/property management)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
