Bilingual Customer Service Representative

*Position Overview:*
MedRock is a full-service & Mail order pharmacy with a focus on dermatology products.
The Customer Service Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the handling of incoming phone calls from patients and providers to discuss their prescription orders, supervising the resolution of patient issues with products or shipping, and leading the team in making calls to patients to discuss orders and payment methods.
*Job Duties:*
* Supervise and actively engage in answering calls and reaching out to patients.
* Ensure thorough and accurate documentation in the computer system.
* Enforce strict adherence to HIPAA rules within the team.
* Assist in paperwork filing and maintaining overall organization.
* Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe work environment.
*Required Skills and Abilities:*
* Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills.
* Exhibits strong ability to work independently and guide a team.
* Displays a high level of organizational proficiency.
* Adept at problem-solving and adeptly prioritizing tasks.
* Possesses advanced proficiency with computers and web-based phones.

*Required Education & Experience:*
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Opportunity to transition to a pharmacy technician role for motivated candidates.
*Preferred Education & Experience:*
Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
