*Sr AI Product Manager*

Brooksource is seeking an experienced Sr Product Manager specializing in Artificial Intelligence to join our client who is a leader in the Financial Risk and Professional Services Industry. The Strategy & Business Technology Team is in need of a Sr PM to help drive the adoption & integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in accordance with industry leading standards, best practices, and latest tools.

This PM will be the AI subject matter expert and work alongside various business teams, Data Scientists, and key IT Personnel to review current use cases, run AI testing with existing technology stacks, evaluate risks, and develop a tangible strategy for enterprise production. This role will be vital to the success of growing AI maturity and functionality in order to drive value for the business.

*Core Responsibilities*
* Drive and build out the AI practice across Reinsurance and form a team (pod) dedicated to turning AI into a product and make it a reality.
* Lead and oversee AI testing to achieve tangible production.
* Develop and implement a clear path for transitioning AI testing efforts to production, addressing security concerns and ensuring enterprise readiness.
* Help form a dedicated team, or "pod," focused on translating AI concepts into tangible products within the reinsurance domain.
* Champion the adoption of AI within the organization, setting industry standards, and expanding AI integration across all areas of reinsurance business line
* Establish an AI practice and be self sufficient without relying on 3rd party support.
* Help lead AI within Reinsurance and set industry standards
* Expanding AI to all areas of Reinsurance
* Act as the SME to implement AI based on internal use cases to help drive the best path forward to build out and put into production.
* Develop core positioning and tangibility for AI production
* Act as the primary resource for implementing AI based on internal use cases, guiding the team towards the most effective path for production deployment.
* Lead the virtual product team to ensure delivery of agreed objectives set forth by leadership
* Monitor, report and improve AI/ML product performance
* Collect consistent user feedback from internal teams and project partners
* Evangelize AI/ML internally

*Core Qualifications *

*Data Science Expertise*

· Strong background in data science, modeling, and forecasting with proven track record of developing robust AI/ML strategies in enterprise environments

*AI/ML Experimentation*

· Experience in experimenting with AI/ML, deploying products, and utilizing advanced technologies.

· Experience building & training AI/ML models to integrate with enterprise technology stacks.

· Highly capable of driving the adoption of AI and staying informed of latest industry leading trends and tools

*Product Management*

· Proficiency in product management, particularly in leading teams and implementing AI best practices

*Experience & Background *

· Strong & proven technical background with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar field

· 8+ years of experience as a Product Manger in designing, developing, and deploying software that utilizes machine learning

· 5+ years of experience in managing and guiding teams for creating AI and Machine Learning solutions.

· Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where competing deadlines and priorities are common.

· Capability to build and maintain large-scale AI-based products or platforms

· Building foundational capabilities while working closely with engineers and researchers to efficiently enhance the product experience through rapid iteration

· Product innovation and development track record

· Leadership and team management skills

· Attention to detail, strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills

· Organizational, planning, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously

· Familiarity with Agile work management and/or the ability to effectively communicate complex processes within and across teams

· Professional Product Manager Certification a plus

· Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $170,000.00 per year
