Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the client/account management and business development/account expansion activity of the Jackson Therapy Partners (JTP) account management and client support teams. The Director of Client Services provides leadership to the JTP account management team to increase profitability of company thereby increasing the number of company clinicians on assignment at client locations. Leads JTP account management team in defining client growth and pricing strategies, executing on company strategic business direction, and determining best solutions and practices to increase company sales profitability. This position will work closely with recruitment, operations and new business development to ensure congruency. Responsible for expansion of current clients, sales strategy, implementation, and execution.

Job Description:

Accountability for growth in existing clients through improved margins and additional headcount/placements.

Responsible for pricing negotiations with clients.

Escalation for AR/Collections: call clients as required.

Oversees, and participates as required, quarterly business review process and presentations with clients.

Provides desk -level management and leadership to account management team to ensure weekly production targets are met.

Effective and creative problem resolution with clients and teams.

Provides direction to all client services support and account management teams.

Develops daily, monthly, and yearly sales and account expansion strategies and works with senior management, sales teams and other teams to implement sales plans.

Manages the account management team and is responsible for their production performance through hiring, ongoing development and training and leadership.

Scorecard reporting and accountability to metrics.

Effective performance management of assigned team members.

Proactive sales strategies as required in alignment with company strategy.

Works in coordination with recruitment management ensuring timeliness of clinician placement with clients.

Works with Marketing team to define sales marketing strategies.

Responsible for sales profit metrics and coordinates with recruitment management ensuring profitability of company.

Provides sales information, reporting and updates, to executive management team.

Works with all internal organizations to include human resources, accounting/finance, IT and marketing to enhance and maintain sales profitability.

Responsible for any sales compliance regarding legal or commissioning requirements for industry associations or federal, state or local government requirements.

Qualifications:

BS in a business -related field or equivalent experience and/or knowledge.

Must have a thorough understanding of sales and account management process within the staffing industry with a high preference in healthcare.

Five plus years of staffing industry account and sales management experience with a high preference for healthcare staffing knowledge.

Strong organizational skills.

Strong performance management skills.

Strong ability to present information in an individual and group setting.

Strong experience developing new sales strategies and successfully implementing sales plans resulting in generation of company profits.

Enthusiastic, competitive, results-driven and solutions oriented with a strong work ethic and integrity.

Possesses the ability to positively influence associates to drive results while maintaining customer focus.

Strong leadership skills in the areas of performance management, organizational and leadership development.

Articulates the JTP vision and strategy.

Ability to effectively communicate to internal and executive staff to include presentations, written documents and verbal persuasion. Ability to write and communicate effective documents such as training material or sales process/procedure manuals.

We are seeking applicants that can work remotely and live in AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, VA, TX, VT, WI, WV that will allow them to travel easily to client sites and company meetings. Must be able to work 8:30am-5:30pm EST.
