*New Site Opening Duties:*
* Assist the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition with staffing trackers and full cycle recruiting.
* Recruiters must be able to quickly build rapport with site management and corporate managers to relay staffing needs and provide real-time recruitment updates.
* Responsible for directing new hires and ensuring they have the proper directions and information when they take on their new roles.
* Responsible for overseeing setting up training facility office with proper site equipment.
* Ability to become familiar with the new site geography, and territory.
* Training will take place week 1 in Boston, MA.
* Ability to assist in opening new site locations by traveling nationwide for a length of 2-4 weeks, if possible. Temco will pay for 1-2 weekend trips home depending on the length of time at each site.
* The new site schedule is Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. with occasional Saturday morning events from 8:00 a.m. – Noon.
*Daily Recruiter Duties:*
* Respond and verify candidate qualifications based on job description and requirements.
* Source, screen, and submit candidates for each position assigned.
* Ability to build a strong pipeline of candidates for each site assigned.
* Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites, providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits.
* Arrange management interviews by maintaining frequent communication and coordinating schedules.
* Support all stages of the hiring process (pre-selection interviews, set up interviews with the hiring managers and offers)
* Maintain rapport with candidates into the placement process and 30 days from start date.
*Qualifications:*
* Ability to travel regionally and nationwide – 85%
* Must have 2+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment within logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse/industrial setting.
* Management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.
* Experience recruiting at mass hiring events preferred.
* Ability to prescreen and interview over the phone.
* Familiarity with relevant employment law.
* Professionalism, organization, and project management skills.
*Educations:*
* Associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred.
