TRC Talent Solutions has a temporary-to-hire position available for a Social Media Content Coordinator in Richardson, TX   The Social Media Content Coordinator will be responsible for managing the company's social media profiles and creating and publishing content that aligns with the brand's voice and marketing strategy.    Responsibilities: 
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media footprint (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) 
  • Create, schedule, and publish content aligned with the brand's voice and marketing goals 
  • Create blog posts, articles, and other online content 
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce visual content for social media and the company website 
  • Monitor and respond to customer comments, messages and reviews in a timely manner
  • Utilize social media management tools for efficiency
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness 
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to assess performance and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used 
  • Stay updated on social media trends 
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the Director of Marketing
  Requirements: 
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing preferred 
  • 1+ years of experience 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) 
  • Experience in web editing and light coding is highly preferred 
  • Capable of UI/UX editing to improve user experience across digital platforms
