Job Summary:
The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for performing inspections, tests, and evaluations of products to ensure they meet the company's quality standards and customer specifications. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying defects and areas of improvement, ensuring that all products comply with industry and regulatory standards.

Job Details:
  • 7AM-7PM, 3 on/3 off
  • $15/hr
  • Temp to Hire
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of products to verify conformity to quality standards and specifications.
  • Use measurement tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM) to inspect parts and materials.
  • Conduct visual inspections for defects, irregularities, and deviations from standard specifications.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy in inspections.
  • Document and maintain records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions in compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or certification in quality control or related field preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality inspection in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastics or related industries.
  • Proficiency in using inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with precision and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and recommend improvements.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Manual dexterity and visual acuity for performing detailed inspections.
