· Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate.

· Greets and directs visitors to the company.

· Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.

· Receives, sorts and distributes incoming mail.

· Coordinates the pickup and delivery of express mail services (Fed Ex, UPS etc)

· Opens builder contracts in real estate closing software.

· Monitors general office e-mail and forwards email to appropriate individual.

· Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning and filing.

· Maintain closing calendar board and keep it updated.

· Send title docs out to lender/realtors.

· Log in key packages and distribute to appropriate files.

· Greet all incoming guests and obtain driver’ s license/passport copies.

· Clean and maintain cleanliness of all conference rooms and office space.

Minimum Requirements include:

· Flexibility

· Communication Proficiency

· Collaboration Skills

· Customer/Client Focus

· Technical Capacity

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Bilingual candidate would be a plus.

· The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
