This person will act as a cross platform architect which supports MarTech solution architecture across web, mobile, MarTech and CDAO applications.

In this role, you will:

  • Implement the software-specific roadmaps, system architecture, business requirements, processes, tools and best practices, across the IT division.
  • Provide consultation and partner with key stakeholders to develop the long-term domain IT strategy that supports the design and development of software solutions and services to meet business objectives and goals.
  • Provide technical excellence, partnership, and quality throughout all stages of projects.
  • Partner with all technical departments in the purchase of new applications, tools, technologies, and solutions.
  • Create clarity and certainty when there is architecture ambiguity; communicate to senior leader stakeholders within the organization. Partner with various stakeholders to determine software requirements.
  • Lead the creation of detailed software design specifications.


What it takes:

  • Minimum of eight years related work experience, with at least three years of technology architect experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.

Additional "must haves":

  • 5 to 8+ years prior experience in MarTech, with emphasis in Adobe and Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms
  • 1 to 3+ years hands on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real Time CDP and/or Adobe Audience Manager
  • 1 to 3+ years hands on experience with some of the following technologies:
    • Tag management tools (Adobe Launch, Tealium, Segment), web data layers and/or XDM schema definition
    • Personalization (Adobe Target, Optimizely)
    • Web content management systems (Adobe AEM, SiteCore, Drupal)
  • Data Platforms
  • Strong communication skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Driving solutions through ambiguity.
