  • Present Professional Development (PD) workshops to adult learners. 
  • Provide instructional coaching support to teachers and leaders in a school setting. 
  • Deliver strengths-based instructional strategies for best educational practices to teachers and leaders. 
  • Work in a per diem/as needed capacity; there is not a consistent or set number of hours per week for this role. 
  • Be available for in-person assignments during regular school hours. 
  • Travel extensively throughout the region to various schools. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

 What we’ll need from you: The positive, enthusiastic teacher we seek has these qualifications.   
  • Master’s Degree or higher in related education field  
  • Valid and current FL Teaching Certificate  
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience facilitating professional development and providing instructional coaching 
  • Previous school administration experience (principal/assistant principal)  
  • Evidence of positive and healthy character traits such as being organized, consistent, reliable, and understanding 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills 
  • Willingness and ability to travel between multiple school sites throughout the region  
  • Mami-Dade County residence and reliable transportation 
  • Commitment of delivering services in-person during school hours for the duration of the assignment (entire school year)
  • Ability to navigate online platforms for record keeping and communication
