- Manage and mentor a team of clinical engineers and technicians
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in clinical engineering
- Strong knowledge of medical equipment, biomedical technology and healthcare systems
- Team management experience and strong leadership skills
- Experience with strategic planning, budget management, and project execution
- Certification as a Clinical Engineer is a plus
