Overview:

The Senior Wellbeing & Engagement Specialist will serve as an integral member of the Corporate Benefits team in Human Resources to support global wellbeing program administration and compliance and employee engagement initiatives. 

Responsibilities:
  • Handle day-to-day operations of corporate wellbeing programs operating in the US, Canada and the UK.
  • Assist with wellbeing program expansion into other countries as needed.
  • Monitor data exchanges between Gallagher and wellbeing program vendors to ensure accurate and compliant administration.
  • Conduct data integrity reviews.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on wellbeing program administration and compliance.
  • Conduct web-based or stand-up training and educational sessions for employee groups of various sizes and organizational levels.
  • Respond to employee inquiries about wellbeing program design and administration.
  • Assist employees in resolution of complex issues related to Gallagher’s various programs and initiatives.
  • Compile program metrics and data to monitor ongoing performance and employee engagement in corporate wellbeing initiatives.
  • Design and develop wellbeing & engagement reports and analytics for internal stakeholder audiences.
  • Define business requirements to support development and testing of data integrations and other technical HRIS support required for program administration.
  • Conduct periodic audits of company investment in wellbeing programs.
  • Process invoices for payment.
  • Support special HR initiatives and projects as needed
Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years experience.

Highly Preferred:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate wellbeing program administration and compliance
  • Strong understanding of operations and vendor management
  • Understanding of ERISA, HIPAA, GINA, IRS and other laws that govern US-based corporate wellbeing programs
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills, including ability to interact with vendors and all levels of employees (employee base, management, executive)
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong business and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Computer proficiency, with solid knowledge of MS 365 suite of applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Experience with collaboration and project management tools and systems.
  • General knowledge of HRIS systems (i.e., Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.)
  • Prior relevant experience with employee benefits and employee engagement technologies
  • Understanding and knowledge of health, welfare and retirement benefit plans
  • Experience with non-US wellbeing program administration a plus.
