Qualifications you'll bring:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Science/Mathematics, or related fields
  • The availability to work full-time, in a virtual or hybrid environment
    • 5+ years of application development experience, RPA a plus
  • 5+ years with agile methodology
  • C# .Net Core 3.1 or equivalent object-oriented programming experience
  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform or UI Path preferred
  • Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth
  • Humility to play as a team
  • Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction

Your key responsibilities:

  • Build, test and deploy requested automations
  • Follow prescribed SDLC
  • Maintain RPA environment (servers, databases, access requests, etc.)
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployed robots
  • Work with business partners to educate and collaborate on new automation ideas
  • Provide training and guidance on using self-service functionality.
  • Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.
