Hours: Full-Time- 36 Hours- Days (7:00am-7:00pm)- Thursday, Friday, & Saturday (Three, 12 hours shifts)

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Receives and responds to call inquiries for potential admissions and generalized questions.
  • Obtains the required information to facilitate admissions. 
  • Makes referrals for persons who are not appropriate for admission. 
  • Completes pre-authorization of services.
  • Welcomes patient and completes paperwork upon arrival to facility.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelors’ Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with behavioral health care, crisis management, substance use disorder and/or other psychological assessments or intake required.
