As our client continues to scale our global footprint, they are looking for a temporary Marketing Manager to help run industry-leading events, sponsorships and webinars.

This role reports to the Vice President of Marketing and will work closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams. You will help build and maintain a growing events program. Events include, but arent limited to: Consensus 2024 in May, side events at global conferences such as Token2049, Client-led summits in the US & London and monthly global webinars and regional events such as dinners that are hosted by our client or co-hosted with partners.

Additionally, this role will identify future event and speaking opportunities, support social media posting, Hubspot promotion and blog creation, and other marketing activities.

The impact you will have:

Ultimately, you are responsible for event planning and execution globally utilizing tools such as Salesforce and Hubspot.

What you will do:

  • Project manage and run regional and global events including advance and same day on-the-ground organisation.
  • Work with the marketing team, sales team, customer success and GPRG teams to staff event and identify best content, speakers and other thought leadership needs
  • Build event promotion plan and execute via Linkedin, Hubspot and email support for attendees for outreach
  • Create and follow processes surrounding event management, team staffing and pre/post event campaigns.
  • Own post event reporting, lead clean-up and ensuring the leads are added to Salesforce and
  • Analyze event performance and provide recommendation for future events
  • Own relationships including site contacts, stand vendors, speakers, partners, etc.
  • Events include sponsored events (tradeshows, virtual events, etc) and hosted events (dinners, launch parties, roadshows, etc).
  • Some travel is required.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Previous experience working as marketing manager or event manager
  • With a strong quantitative and qualitative skillset and background
  • Good at communicating in writing and, ideally, verbally
  • Self-driven, motivated and ambitious
  • Able to structure and prioritize own work, based on long- and short-deadline requests
  • Open to travel
  • Flexible work hours including occasional evening, weekend or early morning.

  • Proficiency in SalesForce, Hubspot, Linkedin, Twitter, Figma/Canva
