The candidate should possess the following:

Personality: Hard working, easy to get along with, quick learner, great customer relations, ability to effectively manage $2 million dollar + projects and / or multiple construction projects.

Experience: Must have experience in ground up commercial building construction including sitework.

Responsibilities include:

Direct supervision all project subcontractors

Verification of project drawings

Act as primary contact between the Owner and Company

Ensure project is delivered on time and within budget

Maintain cost control and manage Change Orders, RFIs, Submittals, etc.

Create and track project schedules

Quality Control

Safety

Software proficiencies: MS Office, Outlook, and other industry software packages a plus

Drug testing required for employment
