This position requires you to reside within 75 miles of Clifton Forge, VA.

What You'll be Doing

Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? You'll have ownership over making sure customer data is accurately entered and meets compliance. Whether it's getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you'll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Display leadership qualities, support the Supervisor, and ensure daily Key Performance Indicator targets are met.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory of transponders and other supplies, including receiving, unloading, and stocking.
  • Operate mail processing machinery and fulfill customer requests accurately, including handling special queues and outbound calls.
  • Process and document images and violator disputes with high accuracy, updating necessary systems and communicating with relevant parties.
  • Assist with legal processes, including summons preparation, and perform other tasks as assigned to ensure compliance with performance measures.

What You Bring to the Role

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6 months prior inventory & data entry experience or related experience preferred
  • Skilled in MS Office
  • Data Entry skills (35 wpm)
  • Dependable, accurate and detail oriented
