Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Team Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Commercial Lines Account Managers, overseeing the renewal process, and ensuring policies are renewed and invoiced timely within required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Commercial Lines Account Managers
  • Oversee the renewal process to ensure policies are renewed and invoiced timely within required standards
  • Monitor and assess CSR workloads to proactively identify issues and implement resolutions when needed
  • Coach CL CSRs to achieve their KPI goals in order to meet or exceed growth expectations
  • Conduct routine quality audit checks to ensure adherence to service standards and workflow best practices
  • Manage New Business written through Producers
  • Meet with clients to build relationships and service top clients/accounts
  • High Competency in Commercial Lines Coverage & NJ/NY insurance markets
  • High Proficiency in evaluating risk and identifying coverage gaps
  • Prior experience and competency with real estate development and/or construction accounts a plus
  • P & C License required

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in Commercial Property & Casualty; Large Commercial experience a Plus
  • High Competency in Commercial Lines coverages and NY/NJ Market
  • Prior Experience successfully leading a commercial lines team preferred
  • Proficient with computer technology including Microsoft products
  • Proficient with Agency Management System; EPIC experience a plus
  • Ability to concentrate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with high accuracy is required
  • Ability to evaluate and prioritize workflow effectively in order to meet deadlines
