Overview
This firm is an independent middle market investment banking firm providing financial advisory for mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and financings of privately held businesses. Founded in 1991, our goal has been to be a trustworthy partner and advisor for privately held business owners and managers to help them access capital sources and monetize the equity value they have created.
They are seeking an associate to join their office in downtown Seattle. This firm offers associates the opportunity to work closely with senior bankers on small, 24-person deal teams. The associate will take ownership for preparation of client-ready analyses, presentations, and project workflow. This position reports to the client manager and regularly supervises analysts and interns.
