This position offers a unique opportunity to apply advanced analytical techniques to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver exceptional service in the dynamic and fast-paced environment of global household goods services in support of our DoD customer.Responsibilities ::Lead and drive LEAN process improvement initiatives and process improvements across the organization.Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.Identify and eliminate waste, reduce costs, improve financial margin, and increase customer satisfaction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help identify operational gaps and develop solutions.Help develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOP) to streamline processes, standardized work, process maps, value stream maps, to improve effective and efficient operations.Identify and lead participates in continuous improvement opportunities.Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of LEAN initiatives.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress of LEAN initiatives.Provide LEAN guidance and coaching to organizational personnel.Qualification and Skill Requirements :Bachelor's degree in business or logistics supply chain management; MBA or Supply Chain Management.
