Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality products and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Design and Implementation
    • Develop and implement manufacturing processes that meet product requirements and quality standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test new processes.
  • Process Improvement
    • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality products.
    • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and engineering.
    • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Working Conditions

This is a remote traveling position, requiring approximately 60-80% travel. The role can be based out of any of our U.S. Food Plants.

The associate may be exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicular traffic. The noise level is frequently loud.
