Client Overview:

Vernovis is partnering with an established and growing industrial manufacturer in northern Kentucky. This client is looking to add a contracted help desk specialist to support its internal operations and clients.

  • What You'll Do:Conduct on-site and remote troubleshooting for IT issues promptly and accurately, escalating when necessary
  • Implement solutions based on internal best practices and update documentation as required
  • Maintain professional and timely communication with users throughout the ticket lifecycle.
  • Work with users to understand their needs and share best practices.
  • Coordinate with select vendors to provide support, hardware, and supplies as needed.
  • Help manage the lifecycle of hardware, software, and user accounts.

  • What Experience You'll Have:1+ years troubleshooting hardware and software issues with users, both on-site and remotely, troubleshooting Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 products,, and network/printer issue
  • Very strong and professional communication
