About the positionThe Client Engagement Associate serves as the
quarterback for the team and is the main point of contact for all general client related communications. This role means a lot to us and our clients Our clients are successful executives, attorneys and business owners who expect sophistication and poise when it comes to written and verbal communication. This person can anticipate both the clients and advisors needs and thrives being in a proactive role.This role also supports investment and other client service functions (experience preferred, but not required).The career track for the Associate is to grow into a Director role with expanded leadership and management of firm operations, depending on skill set andfuture career ambitions.

What to expect in therole:
Client Services and Opportunity Management
- Schedules client reviews and financial planning meetings
- Center of Influence management collects information from team and schedules check points
- Compiles review materials and creates agendas with members of team
- Supervises CRM database management and client meeting follow up
- Ensures database is up to date with all client data, account information and proper segmentation, and meetings
- Handle address updates and ensure all demographic information is up to date
- Delivers concierge services to top clients
- Purchases and distributes gifts and cards for birthdays, anniversaries, etc
- Tracks leads and referrals
- Works with Directors of Financial Planning to collect necessary paperwork and payments for planning clients
- Serves a point of contact for clients questions and needs; directs them to appropriate sources
- Log Gifts in A360 (CRM)
Investment Team Support
- Help with account opening, account transfers, money movements, and account updates
Insurance Team Support
- When needed, help with basic insurance-related service requests
Team Operations
- Coordinates weekly Team Meeting
- Sets agenda
- Disseminates minutes, resulting tasks, and timelines for completion
- Handles miscellaneous operational activities including providing support to Director of Investment Operations on client service needs
- Prepares weekly agenda for client meetings for team review
Marketing
- Develop and execute short and long-term marketing plan
- Manages content distribution for website and LinkedIn
- Coordinates all activities related to client events
- Works with team to write monthly client newsletter
Back-office Support
- Coordinates with compliance on marketing and other client-related activities
- Orders and handles office supplies
Additional requirements
Minimum 4-year college degree
Nice to have:
3-5 years of related experience in financial services
FINRA licensing or state insurance license
