Strategic Engagement Lead

Trilagen is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to drive client success through effective project management and relationship building. In this critical role, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, responsible for understanding their needs, managing expectations, and ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinating efforts to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Your strategic mindset and leadership capabilities will be vital as you identify opportunities for upselling and deepen relationships with existing clients. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and Trilagen, managing the relationship throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that objectives are met and aligned with client needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources, optimizing workflow and communication to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for additional services, fostering long-term partnerships and client loyalty.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and updates to clients and stakeholders, maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Monitor project progress, proactively addressing challenges and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess successes and areas for improvement, applying lessons learned to future engagements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, client engagement, or a similar role within a consulting environment.
- 3+ years of experience working with project management tools such as JIRA and Smartsheet
- 3+ years of experience working on large scale Cloud or Cyber Security projects.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
