My client is a nationwide Owners Rep firm, managing over $1 billion in annual projects on behalf of their clients. Founded in the mid 1990s, my client has grown to employ over 90 dedicated professionals. The firm operates across multiple sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Retail, and Hospitality. They're commitment to excellence and client satisfaction has established them as a leading authority in the construction management industry.

Description

My client is seeking a seasoned Project Manager with substantial experience in the construction industry.

  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, collaborating with stakeholders and senior management.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including time lines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate and communicate project activities with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with construction standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement.

Profile

  • 4+ years of experience in the construction industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field (preferred)
  • Extensive experience in large scale projects
  • Proven track record as a Project Manager
  • Field experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Assertive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
