Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with resident work orders in apartments.
  • Assist with turnover of apartments.
  • May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
  • Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.
  • Appliance repair.
  • Customer service.
  • Salt / Snow removal duties.
  • May be eligible for an on-call bonus


  • Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred.
  • Working cell phone.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
