Job Summary:
We’re looking for a dynamic project manager to join our team and develop member and professional development programs that add member value, align with our organization's goals, and promote engagement. This role will be responsible for creating and managing the delivery of these programs, assessing their effectiveness, and collaborating with internal departments, industry experts, and stakeholders. The ideal professional for this role has experience implementing strategic solutions to address member needs. We’re seeking an innovator who also has the project management chops to implement with precision
Required Skills/Abilities:
This position requires initiative, a growth mindset, and someone who is also organized and detail-oriented. The manager will research, complete feasibility studies, and write business cases and project plans for new concepts. An ideal candidate has exceptional standards and is a strategic thinker with astute implementation, offering value-added recommendations to improve results. The position reports to and works closely with the CEO.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6-10 years work experience in program and project management
- PMP certification preferred
- A track record of successfully managing innovative projects with strong results
