For more information, please visitJob Role: Spotfire AdminWork Location: Houston, TXJob DescriptionKnowledge on service now or any ticketing tool- Requests, Incidents, Change management-ITIL process- Should have good experience in installation of multiple versions (5.0 to 7.6) of Spotfire Servers like Spotfire Web player server, Spotfire Professional Server and Spotfire Automation Services Server.- Should have good knowledge on nfig and Bootstrap.xml files to create and troubleshoot.- Should have experience in TIBCO Spotfire Server HotFix, Spotfire Client HotFix and Automation Server package deployments.- Should be able to handle the access for different roles to users and groups.- Should have experience in handling the action logs using file and database level.- Should be able to implement LDAP configuration settings.- Standardizing Spotfire environment with Best practices- Establish and maintain Spotfire environment health checksShould have experience in handling DR drills.Should have knowledge on IIS and Spotfire service restart.Understanding metadata of Spotfire using GUIDAble to handle folder management and implement security- Should have excellent communication skills and able to interact with in Customer calls.- Should be able to train the team members end to end Admin activities.- Should have hands on for tool and server related with TIBCO- Raise Service Request with TIBCO and get it resolve.- Strong knowledge on Spotfire architecture.Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with LTIMindtree ( LTIM ):Benefits and Perks:Comprehensive Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, VisionShort Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage401(k) Plan with Company matchLife InsuranceVacation Time, Sick Leave, Paid HolidaysPaid Paternity and Maternity LeaveThe range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations.
