Job Description:

We are seeking a Product Returns Specialist to fill an immediate position on our clients team. As a Product Returns Specialist, you will play an important role in managing the return and replacement process of our clients products. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving and documenting incoming physical products, shipping replacement products both domestically and internationally, and maintaining clear communication regarding the status of products and shipments to customers or our support team.

Please note: This job requires 5 days a week onsite in Redmond, WA.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive and Document Incoming Products:

Receive incoming physical products returned by customers.

Accurately document all received products in our inventory management system.

Process Replacement Shipments:

Prepare and ship replacement products to customers domestically and internationally.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of replacement items.

Communication and Customer Support:

Utilize e-ticket tools to communicate the status of products and shipments to customers or our support team.

Act as the primary point of contact for shipping partners regarding customs, claims, and other related matters.

Inventory Management:

Conduct regular inventories to ensure accurate stock levels.

Update stock-level documents accordingly to reflect inventory changes.

Work Environment:

The work environment for this role will primarily be on the warehouse floor, where you will be actively involved in receiving, processing, and shipping products. Some desk work may also be required for tasks such as documentation and communication.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience using inventory management systems and e-ticket tools is a bonus
