Job Details

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Contract Admin position should have the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration, preferably within the Engineering industry.
  • Proficiency in Vista Viewpoint and Vista, with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage and track contracts.
  • Excellent reconciliation skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex contract and financial information to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Job Cost experience
  • Handle vehicle licensing
  • Collaborating with various departments, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure all contracts are executed correctly and efficiently.
