Overview
What Does An Implementation Trainer Do?
Facilitate clinical training for new scribes at assigned facilities and/or implementations for new accounts. The Implementation Trainer will participate remotely for the duration of the implementation and will work shifts and train new scribes in accordance with ProScribe Clinical Training Guidelines (CTG).

We will provide paid training for each project depending on the specialty and your background experience.

Requirements:
Must have at least 6 months of previous medical scribe experience
Must have previous EMR/EHR experience
Must have completely open availability - no commitments with school/internships etc.
Must be able to work full time hours with potential for overtime while on projects
Must be able to commit for at least 6 consecutive months
Must be 18+ years old
A high school diploma or equivalent required
Authorized to work in the US
Background check and drug screen required upon hire

We strongly prefer:
Pre-health, pre-med, pre-PA, pre-nursing career track preferred
Keyboard proficiency (60 WPM)
Previous Medical Scribe Trainer experience preferred, but not required

Ideally, our trainers possess:
Outgoing & approachable personality
Exhibit willingness to learn & teach
High professional and ethical standards
Cognizance of delicate and confidential patient information
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and project management skills

And the ability to:
Work in a dynamic, highly stressful environment
Observe and draft an accurate and cogent account of events
Apply basic medical terminologies and techniques
Communicate and interact professionally with trainees and medical staff
Operate a personal computer and related software applications

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
