Radiologist Opening in Astoria, OR Located 90 miles from PortlandJ1 and H1B sponsorship available Position Details: - Full-time, permanent- Searching for a board-certified/board-eligible, fellowship trained, MQSA-certified Radiologist to join Diagnostic Radiology Department in Astoria, Oregon. - The hospital is offering a Clinical Associate position which provides the opportunity to practice general radiology in a small community hospital on the northern Oregon coast. As a general radiologist in Astoria, your clinical responsibilities will include all modalities, interventional procedures, and PET CT. The hospital utilizes Powerscribe 360 and Phillips iSite for their PACs system, Phillips for the US and interventional equipment. In addition, the hospital has a Genius 3D Mammography exam with the SmartCurve and 2 Siemens MRI scanners; a 3.0 Tesla Trio and 1.5 Tesla of Avanto. - Employed position Comp/Benefits: - Competitive compensation package including a sign on bonus, CME, and relocation assistance. - An excellent work-life balance with generous time off. - Full benefits for retirement plan options and health insurance. Required Qualifications: - Candidates must be ABR board certifying eligible after passing the ABR Core Exam and successful completion of an ACGME-accredited residency. International Medical Graduates are eligible for the position provided they have a valid ECFMG certificate, have completed an ACGME-accredited residency and ABR Core Exam, or are otherwise board-eligible through the ABR IMG Alternate Pathway program.- Candidates at all levels of practice including those currently undertaking Fellowship training are encouraged to apply.
