Travel to our locations in some of the most beautiful parts of the countryGather extensive training and experience in the Car Wash Industry, and work towards earning a full-time permanent Managing Partner position. A Tidal Wave Managing Partner averages $100k+ annuallyWhat Your Day Will Look LikeLead a team of 8-14 employees and create a fun & safe work environment.Demonstrate support by communicating Tidal Waves values and culture, while promoting and training all team members on Tidal Waves standards and procedures.Perform limited admin work and quick checks on equipment.Ensure compliance with legal requirements, and company policies and procedures.Maintain a clean and organized facility, landscaping, parking lot, and equipment rooms.What You Will Need3+ Years of Customer & Team Facing Leadership Experience Required.Full-Time Travel and Relocatable Capability Required.A Fun and Positive AttitudeExcellent Communication Skills.A willingness to work on equipment and get your hands dirty.Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.Willingness to work in all weather conditions.Background Check & Drug ScreenAnnual SalaryTidal Wave Site Leader Average Annual Income:Year 1: $80,000+Year 2: $100,000+Year 3: $120,000+*The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
