What You'll be Doing

Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? You'll have ownership over making sure customer data is accurately entered and meets compliance. Whether it's getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you'll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.

During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Batch, sort, incoming mail and processing by enter/update the CSC application with complete and accurate patrons' addresses.
  • Trending daily pieces of mail processed for reporting purposes.
  • Perform all job functions in a manner that will achieve compliance with established performance measures and perform all other functions assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Role

  • 6 months or more of data entry experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
  • Dependable, accurate and detail oriented
  • Computer experience
  • Skilled in MS Office
  • Data entry skills (35 wpm)
