Ecommerce B2C Manager
Job Purpose / Summary:
The Ecommerce B2C Manager is responsible for the ecommerce performance of multiple websites including the merchandising, promotional execution, development, and implementation in collaboration with the IT department.
This role is responsible for building new capability, managing the assortment, leading the pricing strategy and execution, and the content (SEO) for the sites. This role will also work with media partners to execute and optimize paid media.
Critical Success Factors:
- Budget attainment: Oversee top-line revenue budget and margin attainment for the B2C channel while managing within SG&A budgets. This work includes reporting on and optimizing the ROI of paid media and website expenditures.
- Technology implementation: Identify and manage the use of technologies to enhance the websites’ performance including but not limited to PIM, DAM, CMS, Experimentation, AI/ML and Personalization.
- Seamless Customer Journey: Using UX best practices and customer understanding, ensure that the websites are being continuously optimized for reducing friction within the customer journey and creating positive equity, return visitors, and best in class conversion rates.
