Are you an experienced leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building high-performing teams? We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at one of our vibrant locations in the Arlington/Grapevine area. 

What You Bring to the Table:

- At least 1 year of restaurant management experience (required)

- College degree or equivalent (preferred)

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

- Ability to motivate and manage a team while focusing on customer satisfaction

- Capability to handle physical demands: standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working 50-60 hours per week

 Key Responsibilities:

- Team Building: Lead and motivate staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment

- Customer Focus: Provide outstanding service, quickly resolving any customer concerns

- Operations Management: Oversee daily tasks, including inventory control, sales monitoring, and maintaining facility conditions

- Financial & Staffing Oversight: Ensure accurate sales, payroll, and inventory control, while complying with company policies and safety standards

 What We Offer:

- Competitive Salary: (with a raise and review after the first 3 months)

- Paid 1 week vacation (2 weeks after the first year)

- Generous Food Allowance: $250 monthly credit + 50% off after allowance

- Manageable schedules: No more than 4 closing nights per week, 2 days off each week, and every third week, enjoy 4 consecutive days off
