Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced lead to join our team who will play a pivotal role in understanding client requirements, assessing existing ecosystems, and leading the implementation for our pharma client.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with clients to comprehend their requirements and varied objectives including (but not limited to) implementation of omnichannel analytics for sales force and digital channels.
  2. Lead the assessment of existing ecosystems across key pillars, including client portfolio plans & objectives, technical architecture, data models etc.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement the optimal solution, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
  4. Leverage pharma industry exposure to provide strategic insights and recommendations for stated client objectives.
  5. Demonstrate proficiency in understanding and working with diverse datasets, and assess their suitability for integration into the proposed solution.
  6. Apply data science skills to ensure robust and scalable model deployment.
  7. Foster strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the implementation process.
  8. Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure smooth and continued success on project implementations.
  9. Handle multiple projects at any point in time, ensuring that progress is made across all the projects, with appropriate prioritization and workload distribution within the team.
  10. Develop and disseminate innovative analytical techniques, processes and tools, that can be leveraged across projects / engagements.
  11. Support business development activities by building new capabilities and participating in client meetings as a subject matter expert.
  12. Monitor industry trends and implement best practices to improve in-house capabilities.
Desired Profile: Must have requirements:
  1. 12+ years' strong Consulting experience in Commercial Analytics & Pharma / Life Sciences domain.
  2. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences.
  3. Experience in pharma sales force analytics is a must. Experience in other areas including, but not limited to, patient analytics, digital analytics, commercial analytics is an added advantage.
  4. Experience in AI/ML predictive modeling.
  5. Strong understanding of the pharma ecosystem and familiarity with key data sources, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
  6. Experience in areas of risk-score modelling, customer segmentation, impact assessment, attribution analytics, collaborative filtering, marketing mix modelling, recommendation engines and natural language processing will be an added advantage.
  7. Exceptional client management and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and willing to learn in a fast paced environment.
  9. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver on commitments.
  10. Willing to work in a highly demanding and result-oriented team environment.
