This is a fantastic opportunity for a Manager of Diagnostic Imaging to join a community medical center, that is a mid-sized healthcare facility with 150+  beds, providing comprehensive medical services to its local population. Governed by a board of community members, it emphasizes patient-centered care and has earned recognition for excellence in patient safety and quality, including the Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval. The hospital has also been awarded for its outstanding patient satisfaction and nursing excellence.

The new Manager of Diagnostic Imaging would oversee a team of skilled radiologic technologists and support staff, fostering a dynamic and collaborative work environment. Working closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and advancing the field of diagnostic imaging.

The Diagnostic Imaging unit at the Hospital is a critical component of our healthcare services, supporting a high volume of patients with state-of-the-art imaging technology. As the Manager of Diagnostic Imaging, you will collaborate closely with top-tier medical doctors, radiologists, and exceptional radiologic technologists, ensuring the delivery of outstanding patient care and contributing to the advancement of diagnostic imaging practices.

As the Manager of Diagnostic Imaging, you'll lead education and development initiatives, mentoring staff to enhance clinical competencies and skills, driving clinical quality improvement. You'll also oversee key administrative functions, including budgeting, staffing, operations management, and fostering strong physician relations, ensuring a collaborative and efficient healthcare environment focused on delivering exceptional patient care.
