Job Summary:

American Health Imaging is seeking a highly skilled and experienced MRI Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for MRI procedures, including explaining the procedure and positioning them correctly
  • Monitor patients during procedures and ensure their safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and images
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest MRI technology and techniques

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology
  • Advanced registry in MRI
  • Experience working in a MRI Technologist position
  • Demonstrate an adequate knowledge of anatomy
  • CPR Certification is required
  • IV Skills required
