    • Maintain inventory through prevention of loss due to fraud, quality, and counting; including loss of product not being cycled/expired
    • Supervise activities of the Plant including shipping, receiving, operations, safety and environmental
    • Direct and coordinate activities to include: safety, quality, production, shipping/receiving, planning/scheduling, and training
    • Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
    • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
    • Effectively communicate detailed information on products and services provided to both established and potential customers
    • Telephone and face-to-face contact with customers providing recommendations, price/job quoting, and entering sales orders
    • Understand the scope of work and accurately communicate the information to sales
    • Other duties as assigned in general support of the organizationWhat You'll Need
      • Customer service focused and collaborative as appropriate with internal and external customers
      • Knowledge of full manufacturing process to include production and fabrication experience
      • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience preferred
      • Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and steps, work outside under all weather conditions
      • Must be able to multi-task and handle stress in a highly productive environment while problem-solving in all areas of the WarehouseYour Education
