Duties include the installation, maintenance and testing of residential and commercial fire alarm systems.

The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.
Includes low voltage installations and maintenance on systems such as CCTV, Audio-Visual and Access Control systems.

Qualified applicants must possess the following:

2+ years of experience in the following:
Access control and programming
Voice/data and fiber optics cabling
Intercom, paging, and nurse call
OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 for Foreman)
A valid Driver's License in CA, NV, AZ, or UT
CCTV MATV/CATV and intrusion
Fire alarm
Have own tools. - To an extent - We can supply specialty tools if necessary

Must pass a pre-employment drug test and pass background screening.
Preferred Attributes (not required)

BICSI Certifications (INST1, INSTC, INSTF, TECH)
NICET Certifications (1,2,3,4)
Any specialized product or manufacturer certifications for access control, CCTV, copper, fiber or intrusion.
NV, AZ, UT, CA State Fire Marshal Certificate of Registration/Fire Alarm-Protective Signaling Systems (F-Card)
Following experience is a plus:

Install, terminate, cross-connect, repair and replace cable/wiring including data, voice, fire, intrusion, security cameras, PA/speakers, bell and emergency systems, etc.
Knowledge of low voltage network design.
Knowledge of data, voice, fire, intrusion, security camera and telecommunication industry terminology. Knowledge of voice, data and networks. Computer skill
