Job SummaryAre you a motivated and experienced professional looking for a challenging role in the low voltage industry? As a Field Service Technician II at Premise One, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality service and technical support to our clients. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing outstanding customer service and technical expertise.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in audio visual, security, intercom/paging, and infrastructure cabling. They will possess strong technical knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and excellent communication skills. A robust background in physical security systems is preferred. The selected candidate will also have a clean driving record and be willing to travel up to 60% of the time within our designated service market.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting site assessments, providing customer service excellence, leading by example, and participating in the on-call rotation. You will also be expected to implement job plans, diagnose and repair complex systems, test and document all repairs, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
