REQUIREMENTS/EXPECTATIONS

  • Timely Arrival.
  • Minimum experience 1-2 years exp with different device platforms ? iOS, Android, and Windows devices
  • Resource required for 1 Month
  • Managing migration of mobile devices for 1 month.
  • 3rd Party BGV and Drug test
  • Miles fuel cost per mile to be quoted and paid back-to-back
  • Having a bit of understanding about mobile device enrollment would be beneficial. Additionally, it's desirable to have knowledge of handling iOS, Mac, and Android devices to assist the users

ON-SITE

  • Join communication bridge to get guidance from remote IT teams.
  • Managing migration of mobile devices for 1 month
  • Different device platforms ? iOS, Android, and Windows devices.
  • New / used laptops to be staged / imaged. Installed with the latest OS and applications, following set process document.
  • Perform IMAC's all systems as applicable.
  • Perform maintenance, patches and updates to all systems in a timely manner.
  • Assist in inventory management, including acquisition and disposal of all IT related equipment according to policies
  • General Troubleshoot and support of user applications and hardware faults
